If there's anything women should prioritize as they age, I think it's their SKIN CARE.

Skin changes with age. It becomes thinner, loses fat, and no longer looks as plump and smooth as it once did. Overtime skin begin to wrinkles. Environmental factors like UV light from the sun can make the skin less elastic. Smoking can also wrinkle the skin.

Your skin may change with age but there are things you can do to keep your skin looks healthy and achieve that inner glow.

Dedicate time everyday for your skin care routine. Try below basic steps (you can do more if you have time) and make it part of your daily routine.

WASH - use a proper cleanser to clean your face both in the morning and at night

EXFOLIATE - unclogs the pores and gets rid of the dead skin cells. this can be done 1x or 2x a week

MOISTURIZE - it's a must to hydrate your skin to keep your skin looking fresh and to avoid those unwanted wrinkles
