OIL is the key to keeping moisture in while getting rid of the dirt.
In other countries, teens have been taught to strip our skin of oil. But according to Japanese beauty experts, for girls to have an amazing skin, a balance of water and oil is the key.
STEP TWO: WASH

STEP THREE: TONE
In Japan, younger women pay a lot of attention to reducing visibility of pores. A crucial step in pore care is toner. Toner is japan is so gentle it’s referred to as “lotion”. It finishes off cleansing the skin and tightens up pores, while retaining moisture.
